Country Club Village

Amazing is the only way to share our gratitude for the best care of my Brother. He resides in a cottage and it is absolutely the best. Lots of room to enjoy your own furnishings and privacy. . After 7 months I can honestly say the that the main building and entire property is clean and well cared for. The Staff goes over the top to help a create such a happy atmosphere. There are lots of fun activities and entertainment. They always decorate and celebrate the holidays in style. The Food is delicious and menu excellent! The transportation to Appointments is a real plus. Most important is the special care and attention to the residents. Tiffany called me yesterday that he had to go to the ER and she and her team helped him and kept in contact with me too. What a blessing this entire staff is to Country Club they deserve a huge Thank You!!

My mother has been a resident at the Country Club Village retirement community a little over a month. Honestly, we waited a month to provide feedback to share a fair assessment of negatives and positives. However, we have yet to find a negative about Country Club Village. The food has been outstanding, and plenty of it, the housekeeping service has been wonderful and cleans to mom’s expectations, and the support staff has been awesome! The entire staff communicates well, and is always willing to assist the resident. From the maintenance mechanics crew to the concierge they have all been very supportive in assisting mom in her transition. Initially, when searching for a senior living community we were told Country Club Village is a very good option for senior living, now since mom has been here a month this is the only option to consider for senior living in Hot Springs!

Summer is an incredible staff member. While there are some dirct care staff only see their work as a pay check Summer is an incredible example of how every staff member should treat the residents.

Vicky was beyond supportive in helping me move here. I was totally stressed as I was moving from a less than desirable situation. I asked a thousand questions and she patiently and thoroughly answered all of them. I finally came to the conclusion that this was a really good place to live as I have discovered everything Vicky told me was true. The staff are sweet and kind. The food is great and so convenient to just go pick up. I have a small fenced in yard for my little dog. It's peaceful and quiet. As my ambassador told me, you can be as busy or not as you want to be. I have only been here a few months, so I haven't had a chance to check out the numerous activities yet, which I am looking forward to in the future. It is such a pleasure to not have to worry about maintenance or repairs. Country Club Village is giving me the opportunity to actually enjoy retirement.

I have only lived here a few months, but this is definitely a delightful place to call "home"! The other residents have welcomed me and each one has eagerly done everything possible to make me feel part of the larger group. There are also so many activities throughout the day. Regardless of your particular interests, you can find something fun to do. You can participate as much, or as little, as you like. The food is delicious and ALL the servers treat you like family. But the most amazing aspect of this place, in my opinion, is the staff. They all appear to love their particular jobs, and they certainly treat the residents like family. I have not seen anyone who acts like it's just a job. All of these things combined are what make this place feel like home. I would recommend it to anyone!
