Autumn Care Living Center

I had been visiting from out of town and coming to see my grandma who was passing. Every time I had gone in to see her in that week I had to go and find staff to give her medicine or rotate her due to bed sores which she already had.. i shouldn't have had to come find someone to do any of that because staff should be checking on everyone frequently and rotating her every 2 hours at the stage she is.. and I understand being busy and short staffed because I have worked in a facility similar and try to be understanding... but what bothers me the most is when I came in with my kids and my grandma (residents daughter)and see her door wide open and her head over heals not dressed decently and her chair tipping over as she is to weak to help herself, then l have to hurry and set my infant down to help her up and reposition her due to no one helping her and then the only staff person come running up to us saying "oh yea she's been like that for a bit I was about to get to her but I am the only one here right now" and was passing out lunch... I understand places are short staffed but I was there visiting not working... and that isn't something you tell family because then they are worried their loved one isn't being taken care of properly... which mine wasn't... but I was unable to find a nurse to ask for anything.. Staff were balled up in blankets right after shift change just hanging out on their phones and not checking on anyone or would just be hanging around... every facility is different and I know staff don't want to interrupt when family is visiting but from 9am-4pm is not an appropriate time frame to not change/ rotate someone or to come in and check on them... overall very unhappy with the care and wish it would've been better..

The staff here are phenomenal. The decorations are beautiful. The building smells like Bath and Body works. I see patients here and have been very impressed with how residents are being taken care of. I have been in at least 50 assisted living facilities around the country and this is one of the best.

My father was there in 2015 and had a good experience, the staff was good the interior of the building was very clean. It smelled really good, when dad died the owner was present at the funeral. I would recommend Autumn care.

I had a wonderful experience at Autumn Care Assisted living .The staff really cares for the residents that live here . If you have any special needs or questions they are always there to help you .I would especially like to thank Tammy . Tammy goes out for the way for all the residents she is always there making sure the elderly people have what they need .If I could give it 6 stars I would . I would entrust my mother to them again . Thank you to all the staff who helped me in my time of need .

Autumn Care is by far the BEST assisted living/memory care facility in Cache Valley! The staff is outstanding and they go above and beyond! The care here is unmatched. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone looking for a place for their loved ones! Such amazing care, a beautiful facility, and the best administration and staff around. I love Autumn Care!!
