Nana has been there for a month now. Hard to believe that we would, when we quickly needed to find a place for her, find the perfect mix of great staff (and I mean everyone!), excellent peers, and an awesome location! She would always tell us she never wanted to go to any place like this, but she fits right in and is having an excellent go of it so far! Definitely would recommend strongly the Kentridge Senior Living in Portage County for anyone needing their services and lifestyle!
I was to meet a lady name Kara an got there an was told the lady at the front desk would be taking us on tour , told her not interested in memory care but that’s the first place she took us ! I am not in the best condition for a lot of walking and explained that to her. Then when we asked questions about showers, laundry she showed us laundry room that was very dirty , trash over flow and it just wasn’t clean ! Then asked many other questions and she didn’t have any ideal ! She test Karra and she was told she would call us ! Why say your be there to give us information and put us off on the secretary! I will say she was kind and not her fault she was throw into it when she had just arrived!
All the staff is attentive to our family member. They are very helpful to us also. They are very caring and professional. Thank you
I had the occasion to visit a client at Kent Ridge Senior Living. Not only was everyone I came in contact with amazing… but I was so impressed I actually took the time to tell the Operations Manager! I also had lunch there and was so impressed with the serving staff and the care taken with the preparation of individual meals from their menu! If you are considering a place for you or your loved one, you’ve found it!
Since 2016 KentRidge has provided excellent care for both my mother and sister. The staff is very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. They have always felt safe at KentRidge and maintenance keeps the facility very clean. The food is always tasty and fresh. Everyone loves their soups!
