"I Wendy Cruz worked at keystone garden estate for one mouth and I quite one because I used to get paid 8.45 over night to take care Of the elderlyWell my first day there was a bad impression the residence had Feces on their bed sheets on their feet staff members are not clean and elderly properly the facility is dirty I was higher during the COVID-19 the staff there like to instigate gossip not doing their job properly when a new person comes in assigned all of the clients to a new person or employee that works there without knowing the proper procedures on how handling elderly when I quit my job they said my rate from 845 for my last check goes back down to 725 they’re not calculating ours correctly the staff are not changing the clients regularly all of the clients there give complaints about the staffI bought snacks for the elderly because they wake up at night asking and saying that they are hungry when they are supposed to give snacks at night and they don’t give them to them I’ve gotten hit by the residence cursed out racist names Verbalee abused when picking up my check before my last check Jen who is a supervisor had her brother at the door with a scarf over his face which is very unprofessional and unappropriate because me and her had words and she was very unprofessional and was yelling through the window when expression was due they were running around in the facility trying to fix everything they never gave us our hazard pay we never received anything from the government and we are front line health workersI quit my job because of those reasons I need to report "
