Grand Living at Tuscan Lakes

We are incredibly grateful for the care and support our Mom receives at Grand Living in the Memory Care neighborhood. She’s been there 15 months and is thriving! It’s evident that residents are treated with dignity, compassion and respect and are able to live a full life. The team provides daily enrichment, exercise, consistent care and a wide variety of activities that keep the residents engaged. This was an incredibly hard decision for our family and we visited 6 different communities to ensure we found the perfect place. Grand Living has given us peace of mind to know that our Mom is safe and her well-being is priority. The care team and med techs go above and beyond to create a warm, supportive, healthy and fun environment. A very special heartfelt thank you to Stephanie and Quinn. We couldn’t do it without you. You make Monarch special in every way and go above and beyond the job. Your dedication is unmatched and your kindness gives us tremendous comfort. We could not ask for a better team. It’s certainly not an easy decision to place a family member into a care facility. We looked into several types of homes in the area before finally selecting Grand Living at Tuscan Lakes for their memory care facilities. The building is clean and beautiful, but it’s the staff that really makes the difference here. Stephanie, the executive director for Monarch, is extremely responsive and I appreciate how she makes herself available for any of my concerns about my mother’s health. Everyone is so empathetic and kind, and the transition was way easier on my mother than we expected it to be. She is happy and loves it, and our family feels like we made the right decision.

I could write a book about how special this place is and how much it has meant to my parents and our entire extended family. We had a list of 6 places to check out, Grand Living was the first. We met Rebecca, who spent 4 hours with us and my parents signed that day! Never went anywhere else. They are an active, 93 yo couple, living independently yet receiving the support they need through a superb facility of loving staff and friendly neighbors. Their apartment is gorgeous and the amenities have made their lives so much happier. No longer are they isolated in their own home without visitors. No longer are they having to arrange for the care and upkeep of their home, or planning meals for themselves. Rebecca continues to be very special to them…..they love her like family! The private dining room was the perfect setting for them to host our extended family at Christmas just like they always have. I live just 5 minutes away and visit them for a cup of coffee often. It’s been the best decision they ever made and I know living there has added years to their lives!

I am thankful for The Grand living at Tuscan lakes. Stephanie Elkins runs a tight ship in Memory Care. You feel her passion every day you set foot in the Luminations memory care space. The care staff is personable, professional and loving to its residents. This is a place where memory care residents go to LIVE LIFE not simply exist in a day to day routine. Having a parent with dementia is overwhelming with daily heartaches. The Grand experience has given me a partnership to ensure my dad has the best quality of life. It no longer feels like I’m carrying the weight alone and I need to constantly advocate to ensure him quality care. Stephanie and her team have taken on that load and I simply get to visit and enjoy experiences with my dad. As a mom of young kids, the relief and thankfulness for this feels indescribable. The building reflects the hearts of those who run it. It is beautiful and grand and has a resort feel. I love having a clean and beautiful place to spend quality time with my dad. We enjoy walking the grounds and using the facilities together. The residents in every space are active and living their best lives. It’s a great community to be a part of.

Wonderful, beautiful facility, exceptional options of accommodations,reasonable pricing for both.independent and assisted living. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Wide.variety of food selection, all prepared and presented tastefully and in upscale environment. I have lived in and experienced other such facilities but none which give the feelings of freedom, community and home that Grand Living provides. Residents are friendly and most seem genuinely happy to be here. Lots of smiles and laughter from both resident and staff. The people seem to genuinely care for the residents and their needs and interests. Refreshing!
