The Bristal at Massapequa

The Bristal in Massapequa is amazing. Our mother has been living there since March 2025 and it has been the best experience. Mom has made friends, enjoys the activities and is always excited about the daily entertainment. The food and her dining companions are wonderful. Her energy level is up, she is much more social and living a great quality of life. Thanks to the employees and management for making the Bristal a special place for our mom.

I am incredibly grateful for the care and kindness my grandparents have received since moving into The Bristal at Massapequa. From the moment I first visited, I was struck by the warmth and professionalism of the entire staff. It’s clear that this is more than just a place to live — it’s a true community. The staff at The Bristal are compassionate, attentive, and always go the extra mile to make residents feel comfortable, safe, and at home. From the friendly greetings at the front desk to the engaging activities, every detail feels intentional and caring. My grandparents have truly blossomed since moving in. They've made new friends, participated in daily events, and often share stories about how much they enjoy the sense of community. Knowing they are in a place where they are not only well cared for but genuinely cared about gives my family so much peace of mind. We’re thankful to everyone at The Bristal at Massapequa for the incredible work they do every day. It’s clear that this is a team that leads with heart — and it shows.

My Aunt spent three years in the Memory Care Unit at the Bristal in Massapequa. It is very stressful watching a loved one in this situation and witnessing the continual decline associated with dementia. The entire staff at the Bristal made the final three years of my Aunts life very special. She thrived within the community, established a group of friends and was always kept active. Special thanks to Nova, Sally, Janett, Carolyn and Shannon for always providing extra care.

The Bristal at Massapequa is a beautiful community! I had the pleasure of being a part of a wonderful event that they hosted and the staff were very organized, friendly and professional. The food was absolutely excellent and I felt like we were at a 5-star restaurant! Jennifer and Kelly are so kind and caring and do everything they can to make sure you have what you need. I highly recommend The Bristal at Massapequa. They have so much to offer in their community and the staff and management are a pleasure to work with!

My mom has been has been a resident of the Massapequa Bristal since mid June. Understandably my sister and I were quite edgy about her moving, however, after the initial phone call and first visit we knew it was in my mom’s best interest to move forward with the process. When friends and relatives inquire about my mom, my response is always: the care and friendliness provided by the ENTIRE staff exceeded our expectations. My mom who has always been (and still is!) a stickler on cleanliness and craftsmanship often comments on these points, as well as “how nice the staff is”. As mentioned, this wasn’t easy for us, however, we can sleep at night knowing my mom is happy and well cared for. Best regards and God Bless you all!
