Review of Broadway Creek Assisted Living I had mixed experiences with Broadway Creek Assisted Living when it came to the care of my mom. Her first stay was adequate, but her second stay fell short of expectations. On the positive side, Broadway Creek offers a variety of activities that could be engaging for residents, and there are some truly wonderful staff members who go above and beyond in their roles. However, it's evident that a significant portion of the work is carried by just 20% of the staff, which can affect the overall quality of care. Unfortunately, there were several issues that impacted our experience. We frequently noticed that call lights were not answered in a timely manner, often taking more than 30 minutes. Additionally, the cleanliness of her room was inconsistent and did not meet our standards. One major concern was the nursing administration. Their approach was notably disrespectful, as they not only failed to address or answer my concerns but also tried to project the issues back onto me. This lack of professional communication and accountability was particularly frustrating. If you're looking for a facility with exceptional food, well-maintained accommodations, and reliable on-site services like a hairdresser, it might be worth considering other options. While Broadway Creek does have some strong points, there are significant areas that need improvement.

I have been here for a little over a year and I love it! Everyone is friendly, make you feel welcomed, and work as a team. The residents brighten every day and I feel grateful I get to spend time with them so many wonderful and different people!

This facility has been wonderful for my Grandma and her care. The activities keeps her engaged and she always has a blast! Would definitely recommend for a family member or loved one.

My dad was placed in a skilled nursing home and we could not visit him due to covid. Elmcroft allowed us to bring him to their facility and spend as much time with him as we wanted prior to his passing. It was such a comfort for us to be with him and for him to not be alone. Had a tour of the assisted living facility today, was not impressed. Smelt like urine opon entering, the residents that we saw looked a bit comatose and sad. Brad who gave the tour was rude and condescending. I felt like if this is how he talks and treats new potential business how must he treat the residents. I had heard not the best thing before, but wanted to check it out for myself. Don't waste your time. Seems like he on a power trip and he can lord over the poor elder coummuity . If you have loved ones here please check on them.
