My sister-in-law has been at Brookdale East Arbor for near two years. Their management of her medical and diabetes conditions has been superb. The staff at Brookdale East Arbor is caring,  compassionate and knowledgeable.   The facility is clean, safe and secure.   It is the perfect place for those with early cognitive issues. They even made the transition from home to the facility easier by letting her keep her dog.  With its location and size it worked great for our/her needs.

There has never been a time that I came unannounced to Brookdale East Arbor and it was not clean and fresh smelling everywhere. Staff seem happy and clients are happy and free to stay in their rooms or walk around, play in the large group room, watch TV in the community room, do puzzles or games together, workout in the gym, even visit each other in their rooms. There is even a beautiful patio and outdoor garden area for pet visits. My Aunt is so much better off in Brookdale than the circumstances she left behind. She is much healthier as well. I’m grateful!

I recently visited a friend and former neighbor of mine at Brookdale East Arbor. I was greeted with a friendly staff member. I found the facility very neat and clean. My friend has a nice room. Met another friendly staff person and as I was leaving, residents were gathering for bingo. I found this to be a very nice and caring facility.

I could not be happier with this beautiful facility & it's entire staff ! They are ALL always professional, friendly & helpful in all areas. They bring a HUGE sense of relief to myself & our family knowing that my Mother is well cared for 24/7!! They are amazing at keeping me updated & continuously checking to see if I have any specific needs or concerns!  I highly recommend them to anyone looking for this service for a loved one!

Brookdale East Arbor is a warm friendly place. It always smells good and the building is clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. The building is secure and that helps me feel safe that my loved one is there. I have confidence that all is taken care  of.
