Elite House AFH in Middleton was created from a very personal place. My passion for supporting individuals with disabilities began when I was just 13 years old. My older sister had twin boys diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder, and helping care for them opened my eyes to what families go through when a loved one needs long-term support. Growing up around them taught me patience, compassion, and the importance of a stable, understanding home environment. Those early experiences influenced my entire path. As I got older, I continued working professionally as a caregiver, supporting individuals with different needs. Those years gave me hands-on experience and taught me what true quality care looks like. These experiences are what pushed me to open Elite House AFH a home built on dignity, empathy, and stability. My goal is to provide a safe, home-like setting where residents receive 24-hour support, personalized care, and a place where they truly feel understood and valued. My name is JB, and this work is deeply personal to me. I take pride in creating a home where residents can live comfortably, safely, and with as much independence as possible.
