Caregiver –Adult Family Home (Elite House LLC)

Elite House LLC, a licensed Adult Family Home, is seeking compassionate and dependable caregivers to join our team. We provide 24-hour care and support to adults with developmental disabilities, mental health needs, and elderly residents in a safe, home-like environment. Responsibilities include: • Assisting residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting). • Providing medication reminders and documentation. • Preparing and serving meals/snacks according to dietary needs. • Supporting residents with mobility and transportation to appointments/activities. • Housekeeping and laundry duties to maintain a clean, safe environment. • Encouraging resident independence and participation in daily activities. • Monitoring and documenting resident progress and behaviors. • Following individualized care plans and reporting changes to supervisors.
