The Springs at Monarch Landing

My dad was sent to The Springs for rehabilitation. He is spending several weeks at The Springs and couldn't be happier with the care he is receiving. He has mentioned several times how nice the facility is as well as how kind the staff is. He said all the staff have empathy for what he is going through and really appreciates all the encouragement and support is receiving.

My mom came here for rehab after a hip fracture. Outstanding care! RNs, CNAs, and all the therapists were kind, attentive, professional, patient, and helped my mother make good progress towards getting back home. Her doctor at the springs was excellent as well. I would recommend for skilled nursing rehab.

My mom, on Medicare, is in their physical rehab section. We found the facility very clean. Importantly the staff is caring to my mother & responds in a timely manner. She also enjoys the tasty food. Happy she was able to get into here from the hospital. Therapists really know how to handle her pain while having her improve. Highly recommend.

There have been some very helpful and responsive people that work at this facility. This is hats off and thank you to Josh in maintenance who I ran into in the hallway as he was about to leave. I asked him for help hanging a couple pictures I had brought for my father. I asked maybe he could do tomorrow for us when he explained he was leaving for the day. About 5 min later he showed up in the room hammer and nails in hand ready to help. Most excellent the extra effort and commitment did not go unnoticed nor unappreciated. It brought a smile to our faces and was unexpected. Thank you Josh for your kindness~ Barbara

Great staff, nice private room space and amenities, features in the bathroom were very nice, physical therapists paid close attention to the patients and their recovery regimen. Good menu with variety of choices. Overall a very nice facility. Comfortable environment for guests/visitors.
