Brookdale Oro Valley

I am grateful my loved one who suffers from Alzheimer’s Disease is able to live at Brookdale Oro Valley. The physical space is lovely, with lots of natural light. The staff members are amazingly wonderful, loving and caring, and there are a variety of activities appropriate for people suffering from dementia. The food is of high quality, and there is good variety. My loved one’s quality of life is tremendously improved by being able to reside at Brookdale Oro Valley

Elisha exhibited excellent customer service and was very knowledgeable in responding to our inquiries! She is courteous and professional and the experience was very pleasant! Brookdale of Oro Valley has been wonderful to my mother. They treat her with the dignity and respect that she deserves. The administrative staff and the direct care staff are by far, the best we have experienced. They contact me with the good and the not so good and encourage my input. The caretakers at Brookdale Oro Valley Memory Care take great care of my father. They spend quality time with my dad and keep his mind engaged. Everyone I have met at Brookdale has been friendly, patient, and caring. This includes the management at Brookdale Oro Valley. Unlike other places, the management here seems to promote an atmosphere of kindness and caring that puts the residents' needs first. My dad seems to really like the food here too. I am so glad I found this place for my father.

My mother has been a resident of Brookdale of Oro Valley for 3 plus years now. We are very pleased that we found such a caring environment for her to reside in. They are a very clean and updated facility. Their staff members are knowledgeable, kind and attentive. I personally like the fact that they take such good care of keeping not only my mother clean and healthy but that they keep us up to date and in touch with her. We live in Oregon and during this pandemic it was very stressful not knowing how things would go. Brookdales staff helped us calm my nerves by setting up communication with my mother letting us and the family check in whenever needed! Using video chats/visits let us see and speak with her which made us feel more connected. Thank you Brookdale for all you do.
