Country Crest Assisted Living has been nothing short of amazing! From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed and at ease. The facility is clean, warm, and has a true sense of community. I want to give a special shoutout to Allie in admissions — she is absolutely wonderful! Allie is incredibly friendly, helpful, and made the entire transition process so smooth for our family. She answered all of our questions with patience and kindness, and truly went above and beyond to make sure we felt supported every step of the way. If you're looking for a place where your loved one will be cared for with compassion and professionalism, Country Crest is the place to go. We are so grateful we found them!

I am so happy I was able to bring my grandma china cabinet to my apartment. I absolutely love the kitchen in my apartment. I LOVE the housekeeper, she help me set and decorate my apartment when I first moved in. The gal that helped me with move in process has been very helpful with everything even after I moved in. I am now closer to some of my family where we can visit each other more often. What amazes me about this community is how everyone gets along and always willing to help.

Very nice staff. A very clean facility. People seemed happy and well adjusted. The rooms were amazing. I was nervous at first but my mind is at ease thanks to the people working here good job guys! 10 out of 10 if your looking for people that care as much as you do this is the place 100 percent

I recently visited Pacific senior living country, crest, and talk to Irene. She made me feel extremely comfortable about moving my parents into one of their apartments, she was full of information and patient with all my questions and wondering ,everything is so clean and top tier there the staff was exceptionally nice and professional compared to some of the places that I visited. I’m looking forward to working with Irene some more and moving my parents in soon. I felt as if we were already part of the family there

Shout out to Renee Vaughn for her thorough and professional help with finding our mom an assisted living apartment. Renee went above and beyond and did it all with a very warm, genuine human touch. She sets the initial tone there and does a wonderful job at that. Her ongoing care and support towards our mother has been a bonus. Also a shout out to Irene Davis who manages to keep the facility running very well even with all of the challenges and variables she deals with in a position of that type. She is exceptional at her job and has addressed every question or concern we have presented her with in a timely manner with grace and efficiency. We have tremendous gratitude for these ladies and even more for the caring, hardworking staff, many of whom our entire family has bonded with closely.
