The staff at Atria really care about their residents. Christina is very helpful and always smiling. Ashley and Tabatha are especially caring and loving towards my mother and give her great care. Marie, at the front desk is thorough and very personable. Maria, in housekeeping is as helpful and sweet as she can be. There are always activities for the residents. I'm glad my mother is at Atria.

Atria Palm Desert has been a true blessing for our family. From the directors to the frontline staff, every single person there delivers excellent, compassionate service. My dad is genuinely happy living there, something I didn’t expect as he was never very social, especially in recent years. Since moving to Atria Palm Desert, he’s become more active and engaged than I’ve seen him in a long time. He enjoys outings to new restaurants, participates in activities like bingo, and even joins community events. There’s a driver who takes him to appointments and shopping when needed, which has been incredibly helpful. One thing that really gives me peace of mind is the responsiveness of the management team. Anytime I have a question or concern, they get back to me immediately and take it seriously. I’ve seen such a positive change in my dad it’s truly heartwarming. We are beyond grateful for the care, community, and joy that Atria Palm Desert has brought into his life. Thank you to the amazing staff and residents for making this place feel like home. We couldn’t be happier.

We moved my mom into Atria in April after living independently until she was almost 92. From the moment you walk in, everything is immaculate and everyone has a smile and warm greeting. Noticeable immediately when we toured was that the residents all seemed happy. My mom settled in nicely, not being much of a joiner she was encouraged to take yoga, exercise classes, join bingo and reluctantly went only to come to look forward to those things. She loves the food, and the staff. Everyone knew her name within a few days, and her dog’s name. Through a difficult few weeks for my mom including multiple ER visits, the staff stepped up in ways I wouldn’t have expected. Right down to hand delivering her left behind hearing aides to the hospital. Caring for her dog in her absence. This is our second experience with assisted living, and hands down I wish we had moved my father here when it was his time. I cannot say enough about the staff’s communication, responsiveness, care provided, smiles, thoughtfulness, suggestions of adding some fruit with her bacon and going above and beyond. From management, to nursing, to dining staff and aides, we couldn’t ask for a better team.

It’s always a pleasure working with the wonderful team at Atria Palm Desert. The staff is compassionate, professional, and truly dedicated to providing exceptional care for their residents. A special thank-you to Cheree, the Executive Director, for her leadership and support—she goes above and beyond for her residents and community partners. We at Allied Hospice and Palliative Care greatly appreciate the partnership and look forward to continuing to work together in serving our seniors with dignity and compassion.

Atria Palm Desert is such amazing community. My mother in law has been there almost 2 years now and is thriving. We are welcome to come visit day or night and are often invited to family events. The food is wonderful and there are lots of choices. The administrator Cheree is hands on and very responsive to any situation that may arise. I recommend this facility to anyone looking. If I ever need assisted living I hope they have room for me.
