Encanto Palms Assisted Living

Brenda Williams live there for many years .....she passed 12/2/2024 ...when I go on Facebook you're page comes though mine I see her picture with a cake I think it's from 11 years ago does anyone update page ...makes me sad:(

Excellent place that believes in caring from the heart. Our residents are are family and we are humbled to have the opportunity to care for them. Staff are friendly, compassionate, and extremely knowledgeable. Encanto Palms offers behavioral health services, private counseling, group therapy and much more. Stop by and visit and see the warm of love that leads each of us daily. Our recent Arizona Department of Health survey was deficiency free and our Medicaid inspection was 100% compliant. Our passion shines through with each resident and their quality of care. Excellent team of dedicated professionals.

This place takes good care of my mother, shes a Huntington patient there and can be extremely difficult to care for, the director Charles has personally helped my father out wuth every aspect of the aftercare. My mother has said that shes happy there and the food is good she has no complaints and i couldnt ask for anything more. Thanks to all the caregivers there who help take care of her.

Horrible place. My great grandmother was treated horribly while she was a resident. Even the EMT's made an official complaint against this place for the conditions they found my grandmother in when they went to provide her care and take her to the ER. Then the docs at the ER made complaints against this facility as well!

STAY WAY There's other facilities to take your loved ones too. The staff cares more about what's going on outside the facility then inside. Needs more improvement In Public kindness.
