IF YOU LOVE YOUR FAMILY DO NOT PUT THEM HERE!!! 0/10 Management and administration are completely inept and lack any basic compassion. My partners mother stays here and will be promptly removed when everything is settled ( I’m choosing to keep her anonymous due to poor treatment ) The owner is passive aggressive and very rude towards other staff and residents … it’s very obvious that the owner does not have a heart for this type of work . I mean seriously ! I don’t understand how this is her job or how management hasn’t been sued. Care staff has always been amazing but management is absolutely horrible I would never recommend you put your loved ones here ( BEWARE)

This place has been everything I could have asked for when I needed somewhere for my mom to move. The staff is caring and always willing to go the extra mile. The food is great. The rooms are bright and spacious.

After visiting several potential care facilities for my mom, Cherry Blossom Cottage was the clear winner, and a few months in, we couldn't be more pleased. Because I don't live in Oregon, it was critical to find a warm and caring home for my mom - one that didn't have me worried about her from long distance. I have been extremely pleased with my mom's care - the staff (and I mean everyone, from the RN and activities coordinator to management and every single aide and helper I've met) is kind, caring and very attentive. I've witnessed this in person (I was in Portland for over three months during her transition to Cherry Blossom) and I've experienced this long distance. Phone calls are answered right away and any concern about my mom has been immediately addressed. The staff to resident ratio is impressive. I am relieved and very pleased with our experience overall at Cherry Blossom Cottage.

My sister is a resident at your facility and I am impressed by every staff member from Kurt the RN to each care givers and med aide and activities director. Her care is great and they follow through on what they promise. It is a homey atmosphere and I just really appreciate how caring they are there. I would highly recommend this facility.

Cherry Blossom Cottage has been a wonderful home away from home for my husband after his stroke. It is always so clean, wonderful friendly staff, and he is happy and so thankful for all they do for him. Because of them it has made it easier on the family to know he is in a safe place. I highly recommend Cherry Blossom Cottage if your ever in need for a family member.
