I cannot say enough about the amazing care my mother has received here. From the very beginning, the staff has shown genuine compassion, patience, and respect—not only for her but for our entire family. Knowing that she is in such capable and caring hands gives us so much peace of mind. The front office personnel are truly wonderful—always warm, attentive, and ready to help with anything we need. They make us feel welcome the moment we walk through the door, and their professionalism and kindness set the tone for the entire experience. It is such a blessing to have a team that treats my mother with the same love and dignity we would at home. We are deeply grateful for the care and support we’ve received, and we highly recommend them to any family looking for compassionate elder care.

AlfredHouse, House 1 is a true sanctuary of compassionate care, where residents are treated with dignity, warmth, and personalized attention. The dedicated staff go above and beyond to create a nurturing environment. The residence itself is beautifully maintained, fostering comfort and connection. I absolutely love this place. I took a tour of AlfredHouse-I and loved the vibe around the house. Staff are very friendly and caring. The front door is very attractive. I was there while daily activities were going on and noticed that the activities coordinator was so involved with the residents, and the residents were enjoying the arts and crafts. I like the place as it smelled good and it was neat and clean.

Ive been holding back on this review.My wife would be mad at me.She doesn’t hold grudges unless it’s towards me. lol People need to know. My wife was over the moon finding Alfred House! Close to work and home! My mother in law ended up at the Alfred House for over 2 years. My wife would come home upset I would say once week maybe.She wasn’t happy about the care given. Or other little things just because owners are mean or don’t care. Helps when they and have a signed contract. Read it! My wife did not miss a day visiting her mom at the Alfred house. I’m serious she takes care of her family and friends. She always brought something for the employees a snack hair pin etc. THE EMPLOYEES working there are FROM ANOTHER COUNTRY in Africa. Most of them very gracious and humbled. Ms. Alfred and family owner of several locations I believe took advantage of there employees. Low pay, treated unfairly.Just cause you can disrespect someone shows me weakness not strength. She has some of the staff living in the basement.Code violations a many. My wife wanted her mom there because it’s close to her work/home. I didn’t care what it cost I wanted here out of there. So it took finding her mom with a bruise on her face and get this “not notified of it ”They said she fell out of bed.Well my wife finally found a place closer priced slightly higher. Many extra amenities. Great food and great people working there. Lots of activities too. As all successful businesses should know that there employees are important people just as important as their patients/ Customers. My mother in law at 91 doing well and everyone loves it at the Friends house.
