Brookdale has truly been the home away from home we were hoping to find for my mom when she could no longer care for herself. From the very beginning, our experience has been nothing short of a blessing. Every member of the Brookdale team; from administration to staff, has been consistently kind, welcoming, and professional. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed to provide personalized and manageable daily care. The residents enjoy a variety of well-planned, engaging activities that bring joy and connection each day. We're incredibly grateful for the compassion and support our family has received.

My family and I were extremely happy with the care and compassion our uncle received while he resided at Brookdale. It is an extremely difficult decision to make when your family member needs to move into assisted care. We were told numerous times by friends and residents of Roseburg that Brookdale was by far the best assisted care facility in the area. The Supervisor, Sarah, manages this facility in a very professional manner. We met staff that have worked there for more than a decade. You know a facility is running well if the staff have stayed on for this length of time, as this job is challenging in many ways. Our uncle received excellent and compassionate care during his final days at Brookdale. I am new to the Brookdale community with my husband becoming a resident. I have found that Brookdale is the perfect community for a loved one struggling with memory care deficits. The environment is comfortable and allows the residence to feel at home, they are engaging every day with activities and outgoing trips to help break the monotony of being in one place. The facility is second to none with appearance, it is always welcoming. Roseburg Brookdale goes the extra mile from the Executive Director, the Nursing teams, the Dietary team to the floor staffing the care is top notch and it's the only place I feel comfortable leaving my loved one at. From the moment I stepped through the doors, it was evident that cleanliness and resident well-being were top priorities! The community was immaculately clean, creating a welcoming and comforting atmosphere. What stood out the most, however, was the level of care and engagement provided the residents. The staff members were not only attentive to the resident's physical needs but also went above and beyond to ensure their emotional and cognitive well-being. It was heartwarming to see the genuine connections between the staff and residents, fostering a sense of community and belonging. Overall, my experience at Brookdale Roseburg, left me with a profound sense of admiration and respect for the dedication and compassion of the staff, as well as the high standards of care provided to the residents.
