My mom has been in the memory care wing at Magnolia Place for almost six months now, and it’s been a really positive experience so far. It’s a much better fit for her compared to the assisted living facility where she was previously. The staff offers a full daily activity schedule, plus special events, which keeps her engaged and active instead of spending her days alone in her room. She has dementia, so there are naturally some tough days, but overall, I truly believe Magnolia Place is the right place for her. The memory care team—especially Angela—has been wonderful. They genuinely seem to care about the residents, and my mom often tells me how kind everyone is to her. It’s a huge relief to know she’s in good hands and that I don’t need to constantly worry or check in. They even go the extra mile to make sure her hearing aids and phone are charged, which has always been a challenge for her. That kind of attention to detail means so much to me. I really hope she continues to enjoy living there and that the excellent level of care remains consistent.

Just wanted to give a shout out to Ali who organized a spectacular Mothers Day celebration yesterday complete with beautifully set tables, tea sets and homemade high tea treats, live music and LLAMAS. Pi and Quinn were so adorable and it was a treat to see so many residents engaged in all parts of it. Keeping our elderly parents comfortable and continuing to have an enriched experience is so important to their well being, and MP does a great job with this! I always appreciate so much the personalized attention Ali gives each resident. I should also mention that Mecca is their favorite caregiver and takes excellent care of their beloved doggie. ❤️🌷

I had my stepmom here for about 8 months and they jacked her rate up $2000.00 per month with Hospice helping out. Run from this place. The management team is horrible. Also, it is pure EVIL to send a 90 year old woman with Dementia to collections when your management team priced her out of the facility..

So glad this review is reaching folks considering Magnolia Place of Roswell and thankful they are reaching out to me on social media to discuss as there is much more detail I can give you on the horrible practices happening within this place. Keep em coming! Would love to know who responds to your google reviews as we have made our issues known to the leadership team at Magnolia for the 7 months our aunt lived there and I sent a detailed account of these issues to 10 of the members of the executive team of Pegasus from your website, also no response. I must say your response below is clever in that you act as though you are truly concerned, however, the email address you listed is invalid and bounced back saying this email address only accepts emails from members of the organization which you of course knew but it sure is a good way to make it look like you tried to reach out to get the feedback but then don’t have to actually deal with actually receiving it and taking action. DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER THIS PLACE FOR YOUR LOVED ONE! The staff at Magnolia are incredible at touring and the sales pitch. But let me tell you, they will not even do the bare minimum that is part of the rental contract because they are always “under-staffed”. The weekly cleanings, laundry and sheet changes do not happen regularly if at all! If and when they do clean, it’s mediocre at best. The food is inedible. Several occasions they lost our family members medications and spent days trying to locate them while she was left without her diabetic monitors among other crucial medications. You can forget about repairs and service requests done quickly or done well. And you will be charged a ridiculous amount for a “care plan” and within weeks to months they will do another assessment without any communication and double the monthly care plan, this is how they make their money. Charging lower rent and ridiculous amounts for “care plans” that are bogus and unwarranted. AND, they won’t even do the additional items they claim they need assistance with like showering and dressing. and God help your loved one if they push the “panic button” they are given to wear around their neck because they have an emergency, the staff is not coming to help at any type of pace that would be acceptable in a true emergency. I could go on forever about the unscrupulous practices happening in the place. The management team will not respond to emails. Stay away, so many other great options in this area of town.
