Brookdale Sevierville

Brookdale Sevierville is a wonderful assisted living facility. Everyone from the administration to the nurses, caregivers, food service, and maintenance workers are friendly and so helpful! They have been such a blessing in providing the best care for my mom.

We moved Dad in four months ago. The staff at Brookdale go out of their way to make residents feel comfortable, cared for and at home. Residents can keep as much independence as they are able to, and receive the care they need. Daily activity choices gives opportunities to feel part of a community while they can have privacy in their own apartments. The food here is great - Dad always mentions how good it is. I have been sharing our experience with Brookdale with our friends and recommend it highly for anyone needing daily assistance.

My mother-in-law has been living at Brookdale since Easter 2023. Her experience has been extremely good. She has taken an interest in her room again decorating an arranging everything her way. She loves the community and since moving there she has begun to join in again enjoying the people and her surroundings again. I couldn’t be happier.

My Mother was a resident at Brookdale Sevierville for may years, and as her health needs changed due to dementia, she received professional, caring, and loving attention from all staff members.The communication with staff and medical providers was very important as I live in Canada. The staff and Director were very accommodating with clear and concise information regarding the care of my Mother. Brookdale Sevierville became home to my Mother and the entire team became another family to us. I was always welcomed with open arms, and updated on her condition immediately. My wife's Mother resided here for over 3.5 years. From the housekeeping staff, to maintenance, kitchen staff, nursing staff, all the way to property management these people truthfully care about the people entrusted to them. My Mother-in-law was extremely well cared for and very happy at Brookdale. It takes special people to provide the care needed for dementia patients and they are right here. Both my parents have been deceased many years, I wish as there health had declined that we would have had a facility like Brookdale to assist with their care. People who care are what makes any business successful, those people are at Brookdale Sevierville.
