Rose Pointe Assisted Living

The staff has a lot people who need 24/7 care every day. They seem to be taking care of my friend who lives there. She's feed and there's staff who keeps her place Clean as well the whole building.I'm impressed with their services. The place is getting an upgrade and soon there will be more space.

They are short staffed..housekeeping is awful..our mothers room smells bad..the kitchen has been under remodel for a long time and they have to cook food in a remote portable kitchen and bring it inside to warming trays... The residents need better care than what they are getting...and sometimes they forget to get their residents for meals. But overall the staff are very nice and professional. It's not their fault they are short-handed.

My mother has been at this community for almost 4 years. They are having issues completing reconstruction of the Kitchen and my mother's room which we were informed that was to have been done in 3 weeks. We are now going on 8 months. My mother is sharing another room 9 rooms down from the dining hall and is at risk for falling. I am upset and get no where with this place or the owner who is telling lies to the state and to the residents. Buyer Beware. I have contacted the Media -- this is going to get blown up. These residents and my mom do not deserve the neglect from this establishment.

Compass care LLC provided excellent service for my family in an emergency situation that was handled in an extremely professional and caring manner. They a short time in connecting us with adult services and options that would help our family.

I have worked in Senior Living in Texas. My Mother was placed here at Rose Pointe which was the biggest mistake ever. I have never in my life seen such a poor managed facility that is allowed to be open to anything or anyone. The smell (urine) of this place, the dirty floors, rooms, kitchen and common areas were/are unbelievable. I wouldn't feed the meals to my dog. Processed food, rarely anything fresh. Full of sodium. The state of Washington walked in the day we were moving my mother out. So obviously the Hospital down the street turned them in. If you love your parent, you will not bring them here. The paperwork was a joke. My mother was never set up on the shower schedule or the housekeeping schedule. I could write a book about the nightmare of this facility. I am just hoping for the sake of the elderly, close this place down!
