Brookdale North Tucson

My mother lived at Brookdale North Tucson for 3 1/2 years. It was obvious that the staff truely & emotionally cared for her, like one might care for an adopted child. I live out of state but communication was timely with important issues and topics. When I visited every 4-6 weeks her room was always clean. She was fed tasty meals on a regular basis, adhering to her tastes and preferences. I am happy to give Brookdale North Tucson 5 stars because they deserve it. I highly recommend them to anyone needing assisted living for their loved one.

We are Assisted Living Locators North Tucson and from the first day I met Karen and toured her community I knew we would work together in creating the best solutions for our seniors needs. Karen has been so accommodating, helpful, informative, caring and the sweetest to deal with. Everyone we met there is wonderful! Our client was so happy to be moving there. We are so excited to see him making new friends and getting involved in all the fun activities!

Our parents recently had to be placed in assisted living and after touring the facility with Brianne we chose Brookdale North Tucson. Brianne couldn’t have been more helpful and compassionate. Any communications were responded to extremely quickly and she was more than happy to answer any of our questions and assist in any way. The facility itself is extremely clean, the rooms are modern and well appointed, the staff is amazing, and my parents are extremely happy with the quality of the food. Obviously when you are forced to get family members into assisted living it isn’t easy on many levels, but Brianne and the Brookdale staff made the experience unbelievably easy and we’re incredibly supportive. Brookdale cares about their residents. I’d recommend them to everyone.

My mother has been living with my family for 4 years since my father died. Her needs have increased to the point where I am unable to provide the level of care she needs. After extensive research, we found Brookdale North. What an amazing home for assisted living. The staff- from the Director, to sales director to nursing director to maintenance are all so caring and so personable. We moved my mother in last week and I honestly was overwhelmed by their care and compassion. I am at peace that I could find another home that will care for her like I would want. Especially during COVID- and they have had 0 cases! - because of their amazing diligence. Thank you to everyone at Brookdale North. You are a Godsend!

My 92 year old father recently moved to Brookdale North. He was previously living in an apartment, so moving to an assisted living facility was new territory. Lorell went above and beyond to help us navigate through the entire process. Every staff member is warm, friendly, caring and attentive. They really treat the residents like family. My father says he loves Brookdale and the staff are fantastic. I feel happy knowing he is in a safe environment. I highly recommend Brookdale North.
