Vienna Manor Assisted Living

I had checked out several assisted living facilities when I first visited Vienna Manor’s Oakton group home and knew immediately it was where I wanted my 90 year old mother to live. The house is beautiful, the rooms are beautiful and the staff are genuinely nice/caring. Anytime I visited my mother there she was immaculately dressed and happy. Her room and bathroom were always spotless. The food is all home cooked and they work hard at keeping the residents entertained with daily happy hours as well as music and family events. My only regret was not finding out about Vienna Manor sooner.

Our mother recently passed away from dementia. She spend the last several years residing at Vienna Manor V. She was one of the 1st residents to move in. The best decision my family made was moving her there. It's a very cozy home with only 8 residents. The staff is wonderful, loving and very caring of all of the residents. We all became one big family. The home is very cheerful. They decorate for all kind of holidays and events. She truly enjoyed the last years of her life there and we were all so happy she was there. My Mom has been in Vienna Manor 5 for the last year. What a wonderful facility. Great personal care. All Mom’s needs are met. Great food, environment, and activities. I know she is safe well cared for thanks to the nurses and CNAs - Ingrid, Claudia, Princess, Joanne, Rosemarie, and Maria. A great caring team!

We just lost our Mom after she lived at Vienna Manor II for the past 8 years. She received, without a doubt, the best care possible. The individual care of each resident would be hard to match anywhere else. They are not just caretakers, but family, and we will always be grateful to them, the caretakers, the directors, and the owners. May we all be so fortunate to end our lives there.

My mom was taken care of by a team of angels here at Vienna Manor. I was nervous about the idea of moving her into a new place away from her home. But I knew she needed to be in a place where she could interact with others, have 24/7 personal care for all of her needs, nutritious meals. I went to visit Vienna Manor to meet the staff and see the home before choosing a place for my mom. I immediately knew this was the place for her even though I had planned to visit 8 other assisted living homes that day. It was extremely clean, there was a lot of natural light, the staff was warm and friendly, and they offered a nice food menu and activities calendar. I rated it a 10 out of 10 in my notes! Of the other homes I visited, not one home ended up coming close to a 10. My mom lived a very high quality of life at Vienna Manor. She was given the best care from passionate caregivers who truly love their work and show it through the level of care and attention they give to each resident every day. My mom thoroughly enjoyed the food at every meal. She always told me the food was fresh, tasted great, and that there was a large variety of protein, vegetables, and fruit. She made relationships there and shared stories with me about them. My mom also loved the outside area. She enjoyed getting her vitamin D she would tell me! Vienna Manor is also a comfortable place for visitors to come see their loved ones. I will miss the staff at Vienna Manor, and I am so grateful to them for giving so much love and care not only to my mom but also to me, especially when I needed it the most when she passed away. They are all angels doing such an amazing job.
