Brookdale Wayne

Our Experience at Brookdale was beyond expatiations. Any small concerns were handled personally by the Executive Director Ashley Mastroianni and quickly resolved. You can feel confident your loved ones are in good hands at Brookdale. Food Activities, Patient Care and the Administration were all above and beyond expectations.. The only regret is not making he decision to switch to Brookdale assisted Living sooner.

We toured many assisted living communities in our area, and while they were all beautiful, Brookdale felt different. It feels like home. I can't explain it. It just feels more... down to earth? Less stuffy? My mom has been so incredibly happy here, and that has been the biggest blessing for our family. The residents are warm and welcoming, and my mom made friends right away. She loves the activities and has more of a social life at Brookdale than she did at home! She also really likes the food there. What more could we have asked for? The apartments are spacious compared to others we looked at, and one of my mom’s favorite things is the community kitchen. Having the chance to cook with supervision gives her a sense of independence that is truly special. It was one of the things that really sealed the deal for us. The staff at Brookdale are simply wonderful. When I say they are kind and accommodating, I truly mean it. They go above and beyond every single day. We don’t have a negative word to say, only gratitude for the care and compassion they show. A special thank you to Joe Orlando, who has truly become like part of our family. We couldn’t be happier with our decision, and we are so thankful to have found Brookdale!

We have been at many facilities and feel Brookdale of Wayne was a perfect match. Our person of contact actually sold us on the facility and benefits of the palace so we took the open room. Dmetri is new but honest and was great to work with also the other people so far very nice.

Mom is safe and well cared for at Brookdale Wayne. The staff provide excellent care and administration is available and always supportive. Thank you Brookdale!!

My mother was on the memory care unit for over two years. She was extremely well cared for and loved by all staff members until her passing. My family was comforted in knowing she got the highest level of care and she was always happy. The food is amazing, facility always clean and great activities to keep them occupied and moving. I highly recommend Brookdale at Wayne.
