Fieldstone Memory Care Wenatchee

Absolutely horrible. I went to visit a relative of mine here and the care is awful. The new ED overseeing the whole place doesn't have experience and doesn't care. Its all about money, I even overheard the staff saying they never have help, the maintenance director verbally abuses people residents & staff. No one does anything to fix the situation. When issues were brought to the staff attention, they just throw it onto someone else. DO NOT BRING YOUR FAMILY HERE!

I personally would never recommend anyone taking their loved one to this place. The ED and marketing manager are highly untrustworthy and un trained. The maintenance director is verbally abusive to their staff. The ED is aware and dose nothing about it. And don't even try to call corporate because they could care less, it's all about the money in this place. I feel terrible for the staff and residents that work and live there. This place is an absolute joke. The turnover rate is ridiculous and the family's can't ever get ahold of management when they have questions about loved ones or a bill. Please I beg you DO NOT TAKE YOUR LOVED ONE TO THIS PLACE. NO I WONT CALL YOU TO TALK ABOUT MY EXPERIENCE. Talking wont help the situation this place has. The conversation would be swept under the rug like most of the problems in that facility. I said everything here, I will let the public decide if that's the place for them or a loved one.

When Ceil was Fieldstone Memory Care, the facility was wonderful. The staff had time to show care and were all highly competent. My mother moved there in 2020, and we thought she’d be well taken care of. We were so thankful that we found a facility for our aging mother, who was suffering from dementia. However, they changed hands and eventually became Ceil, a corporate entity that only cared about profits. Don’t get me wrong, the staff was still lovely, but there was a huge shortage of staff and all of a sudden, my mother was neglected and, had she not passes away in November of 2023, I would have moved her somewhere else. If you have any other alternative, don’t let your loved one live there!

Fieldstone has been a wonderful place for Mom. We love the mission as described by the founders and feel they have done a better job than any other Memory Care company in caring for dementia patients. They are not an add-on to a facility with several hundred other assisted living residents. Their facility is Memory Care only, so I felt like Mom and her family were the priority. We didn't feel that at another facility in town. Fieldstone has clear policies and holds their entire staff accountable to them. This provides consistent care across the entire building, 7 days a week. We have moved are sad to be leaving Fieldstone Wenatchee, but happy to be moving Mom to another Fieldstone building in Marysville.

An amazing memory care facility with incredible staff and top-notch management! The care provided is the highest quality and the community itself is beautiful. The teams expertise in Dementia and Alzheimer's was evident. I highly recommend this facility for anyone seeking exceptional memory care services for a loved one.
