Arden Courts of Westlake

My father stayed at Arden Courts for a respite stay when my mother was in the hospital. Arden Courts staff is one of a kind. They are extremely attentive and caring. Cydnee, who helped us get settled in, answered questions and gave updates at all hours, even weekends when she wasn't there. I had toured several memory cares and Arden had one of the nicest outside areas, allowing their residents to walk and get fresh air. Arden has garden stands, with fresh vegetables. My father loved these. When the vegetables were gone, Arden bought mums for my father to plant. I am beyond thankful for the care my father had during his stay at Arden.

We were very pleased with our experience at Arden Court, where my husband stayed briefly for respite care. The staff -- everyone with whom we dealt -- were kind, caring and professional. We loved spending time on their beautiful large patio. The meals were tasty and the serving size generous. My husband said it best as we were leaving to bring him home: "If I ever get to the point when I need to be in this kind of place, bring me back here. And I'll do the same for you."

While I was on a long weekend retreat, my wife who suffers from Alzheimers spent the week at Arden Courts in a respite stay. The staff is so friendly and accommodating, the food and service was excellent as were the daily activities. Other family visited on a daily basis and were impressed with the care and friendly staff. Highly recommend!

My mom was recently placed in Arden Court in Westlake! I was so worried about the transition for her. It has been so smooth. She loves all her aides and is very happy. The staff has bent over backwards for our entire family. Thank you Arden Court!❤️

My Mom was at Arden Courts for just under 4 months, but I am eternally grateful to this facility and the staff for supporting her and also me for some of the most difficult months of both of our lives. I am my Mom’s only child, she had been living with me prior to placement, so making the move to memory care and entrusting her care to others was a challenge for me. Laura took so much time with us and truly made the process as seamless as it could be. The care staff never ceased to amaze me with their attention and genuine caring and support of the residents. I spent many hours in the facility for weeks particularly as my mother’s health declined, and was able to observe many interactions with residents and staff, I was impressed time and time again. They coordinated well with hospice to ensure her comfort. I want to express my deep appreciation to Arden Courts for their dedication to their residents.
