"Called again to get my stuff back, they said it was at dalton rest home on Cambridge st Worcester. Oh my God. What a sh show there no f way was I going in the house went to office next door they don’t go over there either. All stuff gone . No one cares . I called the ombudsman they can’t help because of coved. So I’m out of my stuff. This place was worse than burncat plains. "

"Called to get my belongings back for weeks . Never called me back they Thur it all out. No response, no respect. This place and others like it need to go. The state pays what for the care ? Then I go look down the street at Plseant acrces, you have to be desperate again to end up here. Nothing but a house filled with cigarettes inside and out smells. No way. I am at a hotel till I find another place. "

"Thank god they are closed . Pleasant acres and Donna Kay and dalton all need to go . What a disgrace theses homes are. Dirty, old, tired, terrible food, no staff, poor rate of pay, quality of care is awfully low. I should know I am a v n a nurse who has seen it all. What I do not understand is how these homes stay open. I have never seen the owners of these homes ever in all my years doing visits. That says it all. They collect the checks from the state and put nothing back in. These residents are always complaining to me and I feel so sorry for them ."
