"I had the chance to visit a cousin of mine today and it was very depressing to visit here. She was not clean, clothes were dirty, she smelled of feces and I had to speak to the nurse or aide several times. They seemed pissed. The woman Abby responsible person had to be the rudest person I ever met in a nursing home. She was rude not only to me but several residents there who needed help. I called her h c p who is older and agreed we need to look for another place ASAP. Abby is the type who makes things worse and made me so uncomfortable and upset. She said take her out to some other rest home in Worcester they are all the same. It’s very sad when they staff don’t even care."

"Just finished a tour here. You have got to be very desperate to live here. It was chaos from the moment we arrived there. Very rude staff member greeted us , down hill from there. Residents looked unkempt and the smell of urine and smoke as you walk the hallway. No thank you. This place is disgusting and sadly the only place for some. This is not managed right and I know because I spoke with there ombudsman. I called after the appointment because it’s not right. I was a pt in a nursing home for years so I know this facility is just a very stressful and depressing situation. Who would even work here ! No one should consider this place as an option. "

"Well my shift just ended and between the residents yelling,fights for cigarettes, nips or beers and pot what a scene. This place is a mess inside and out . I do not know what they are paid to care for these poor souls but I have a feeling that the owners take all for themselves.This has to be the worst place in the city, similar to Dalton Rest home on Cambridge st and pleasant acres near Burncoat st and Burncoat plains that thankfully is closed. I am a student needed a job it’s that simple but I would not work here another minute. I spoke with several nurses and they told me stay away from these homes because of numerous complaints and lack confidence in the management. I made a mistake thinking it wouldn’t be so bad . On my way out a guy younger resident was starring at me and following me to my car not sure what he wanted but that was enough. I drove out and will never be back."
