HEART TO HEART HOMECARE, INC

"Right now, a Homeattendant from Heart to Heart from Bronx, NY office, called Cristina violated your policy abandoning the case going at 8:00pm without Coordinator authorization and I am told her if she goes she was breaking the company policy, she doesn't care and went. She was acting with bad attitude, because I felt sick and sleepy due to my pills and my medical conditions. I requested that she gave me a cup of coffee and she was giving to me with the cup and its cover and her cellphone at the same time and she put the coffee cover on my bible and she was upset and making comments on bad way, because her cellphone sound and she made the comment in a bad way, because she can not attend a call from her daughter and had a bad attitude for that with me. I told her: your policy says that you can not use your cellphone while you are attending a patient; and you were disrespectful putting the coffee cup cover on my bible; and also you are augmenting with my son and me about you can not use your cellphone while you are attending me. She clocked out without Authorization before 9:00 pm, one hour before. I called the coordinator and reported the situation. Right now, I am in transition to another company or homecare, because this company or their staff are not fulfilling their own policies, and are being disrespectful with us the patients. Sorry for that but it is the truth, they are not the gentle people what they try to show us."
