We highly recommend all the caring services we received from Center Well Home Health. My 91 year old mother was discharged on Sunday from a week in the hospital. On Monday morning they were there giving her the assessment for her needs and began her PT, OT, & Speech that week. Every therapist that entered our home treated my mom with care, dignty, compassion & encouraged her each time to progress even if it was just a small amount. Each time they would give her small nuggets or tips and reminders for her safety. My mom's progress was amazing to watch with each Therapist's encouragement. A big shout out to her team: Mike, Alisha, Shelly, Janice, Lisa. You made a difference in my my mom's recovery. I'm sorry if I left a member out, EVERYONE WAS TERRIFIC. Thank you ALL! IF you are ever in need of A Home Health Care please consider Center Well. They are flexible with your schedule, especially around Dr. Appointments. All positive & absolutely NO cons. I love working with this company! They are fabulous with my husbands therapy, physical and occupational. The VA assigns them to treat him each time he has a stay at the VA hospital. They are just who he needs to get him moving as he's very sedentary. We love that the same staff comes each week so he remembers them and works with them.

My 95-year old Mother is a patient of Centerwell Home Health. I want to say that every single nurse and therapist that has visited her has been kind, friendly, efficient, and professional. We appreciate every one of them! My biggest issue is with the office processes. There is a definite lack of communication with the office and the patient. Every week we are "begging" to get services from them. I call, ask for services, and no one informs me of the results. I have to keep calling back. Being a caretaker is a 24/7 job. I should not have to be doing this. From the very beginning, there should have been a meeting to discuss the process between Centerwell and the insurance company. Even though services have been approved, we are constantly told that services are not "authorized". So then we don't get PT or OT that week. Then if there is a 30-day evaluation from PT or OT, we get no actual PT or OT that week (or longer). I am very frustrated with the process for getting services scheduled by Centerwell.

Not impressed with the office staff. Took 3 1/2weeks to get Occupational Therapy to come and just as long for them to get Wound MD here. Kept telling me they did not have orders. They were faxed to them 3 weeks prior. The nursing staff is wonderful. Office is terrible.

I had Michelle & Anna come see me and they were both WONDERFUL!! They were professional, knowledgeable, and encouraging. They educated me on how the wound vac worked and how healing works in relation to my diabetes. I would choose your agency again if I ever have the need. Thanks!!
