We have had a very positive experience with the Broward staff. Everyone we worked with has been very helpful. The case managers, Lauren and later Claudine, were incredible -- providing guidance and compassion to us as we navigated transfers from hospital to home. PT with Abel was something my mom looked forward to and helped her get back on her feet and also to ensure that her home was set up and her aides were trained on helping her transfer from her bed to wheelchair and eventually from wheelchair to walker and back. Ursula, the visiting care specialist who checked in frequently helped keep mom out of the hospital by catching infections early and making sure to communicate with us and with Mom's PCP. Top notch, compassionate, and experienced care -- plus, guidance for our family to help us navigate the confusing time.
