Centerwell Home Health discriminates against clients who have Medicare/Medicaid insurance. This is unacceptable and DHSS should investigate them for this discrimination! When I sought their services by providing my Medicare & Medicaid their denied me their services on the flimsy reason that they did not have staff to provide the requested services. However, when I provided them with my private insurance, miraculously they had staff with the same week of being denied services! I will be reporting my experience to DHSS for no one deserves to denied services they really need based on the type of insurance they have.
Excellent care, support and responsiveness to my 92-year-old Mom's needs. The warmth of care begins when the phone calls are answered or with the smiling and welcoming faces at the front desk, to the nurses and assistants, the tech staff, and of course with the doctors and all other providers. Outstanding medical providers.
Centerwell Home Health they cares about their clients. CenterWell is working with me in Physical Therapy. which I have shown a little improvement within the last couple of weeks. I had the pleasure of receiving the best home care with some of the most caring caregivers I have had with home-care. This care team provided the most positive support and they were very professional and they showed concern for my pain. There was open communication, Merideth and Jarod both deserve worker of the month and rewarded with a raise.
Victoria is by far the best physical therapist I have ever had. She is a wonderful combination of excellent teaching skills, knowing exactly where I'm at physically and how to help at that level, and psychological support, not gushy but always positive and encouraging. I wish I could keep her!
