Centerwell Home Health discriminates against clients who have Medicare/Medicaid insurance.
This is unacceptable and DHSS should investigate them for this discrimination!
When I sought their services by providing my Medicare & Medicaid their denied me their services on the flimsy reason that they did not have staff to provide the requested services.
However, when I provided them with my private insurance, miraculously they had staff with the same week of being denied services!
I will be reporting my experience to DHSS for no one deserves to denied services they really need based on the type of insurance they have.

Excellent care, support and responsiveness to my 92-year-old Mom's needs. The warmth of care begins when the phone calls are answered or with the smiling and welcoming faces at the front desk, to the nurses and assistants, the tech staff, and of course with the doctors and all other providers. This care team provided the most positive support and they were very professional and they showed concern for my pain.
