Pruitthealth at Home - Wake

I was a patient of their home wound care for approximately one year. I thought everything was going well. Overall, my nurses were nice, helpful, and professional. We worked together very well. However, while I was just in the hospital for 2 weeks, I was dropped from their service. I didn't receive any notice. I found out from my Case Manager at Duke Raleigh Hospital when she contacted them to reinstate my service upon my release.I feel as long as we were together, I should have received some form of notice. I wish the nurses that I worked with the very best. As for Pruitt, the company, I feel our relationship ended very unprofessionally.

If I could give them zero stars, I would. My father is currently in hospice and supposed to be in their care yet they are now going on 48 hours without getting him pain medication. I would have never had them take care of my family if I knew how awful they are with communication within their own organization and with their patients. They had only one doctor who has left and now scrambling to sign prescriptions so we are stuck without his pain meds. We were told that everything will be in liquid form or dissolvable and when the first nurse showed up, it was nothing but pills, which he can't take due to his throat cancer. As a son, watching his father pass away, we were promised "Comfort Care." NOTHING about this is "comfort." PLEASE GO ELSEWHERE to make sure you receive proper care for your loved ones.

Excellent service from every team member! PT/OT/Nurse all did an exceptional job. I knew they all had my best interest at heart. Arrived on time and always with a smile. Getting extra help in getting a hospital bed ordered. Thanks Pruitt Home Health!

Outstanding. All of those supporting me by helping with my husband are amazing. In looking for a Home Healthcare facility, Pruitt was the only place that actually answered the telephone, returned my call in a timely manner and were very attentive to my concerns. Appointments were made and kept. I cannot say enough positive things about Pruitt.
