I had an incident happen, and I will not go into details, but it was handled very professionally, and I was pleased with the outcome. I had a chance to meet with the CEO of Brit-Tex, and I must say, from first impressions, he is a very nice, and understanding man. Also, I had a family member under their care, and he was always treated kindly, and taken care of well. Any concerns he had, we're always addressed and the nurses and physical therapists we're able to get him from out of the hospital, and get him back up and moving. I do recommend to anyone who needs at home care, to use Brit-Tex Nursing Services.
