We are very pleased with the home care services provided by Infinity Home Health. They are extremely supportive to our family needs. For example, our family member had surgery and needed to recover at another location. Infinity accommodated by providing the same needed services at a temporary location until she was fully recovered and was able to return home. No complaints with the services.

If there's an extra star, Infinity Home Health would've had it from me. This is my first time of dealing with a care agency that goes more than extra mile to satisfy it's client. All their staff I've communicated with like Marvin and Collins were very courteous, professional and diligent. Marvin especially because he's the one I've had to deal with almost all the time. He's so professional, passionate and diligent that I had to wish I could talk directly with his management for a raise for him. No matter your situation, he calmly assures you of taking care of you and actually comes through with it cheerfully and politely. Collins too took extra steps to connect me to the help desperately needed from the agency at a critical time. Their caregivers are also not left out, they're respectful, courteous and ready to serve.
