They hire people that steal from you then they don't take responsibility. My home health made a key to my house and stole almost everything I own. She brought in garbage spread it all over my floors. I am severely crippled and handicapped. When Klarus came in and looked at the place after I reported her for not working and instead reading a book, also so for stealing. Since she didn't clean my house became infested with ants. Klarus then wrote me a letter saying they no longer would provide home health. I called the police and they contacted Klarus, it was about 12:30 at night. Who ever they spoke to said I wasn't a client of theirs. They failed to say that I use to be a client. I am going to sue them for damages that this lady came in vandalize my entire house by making holes in the walls breaking tiles in the kitchen floor and in the bathroom shower. I hope they are ready for a big lawsuit

I've tried and tried to hold off making this review....hoping things would get better. I have had consistent problems with this agency...both staff as well as caregivers. The staff has taken every issue , such as things being lost and me being mistreated, and placed each blame back on me. There has been no accountability. A remote control to my tv was lost after a caregiver got angry at her job. This was a new special tv. There was only one remote available. The head supervisor said she would have to do a full investigation before they would help replace the remote control....i even offered to pay half. I ended up having to replace and pay for it myself. They wanted to have a meeting with me and confront me on these issues. I was very sick at the time. They threatened to discharge me if i didn't have it right then. The meeting was set up 4 times. 2 x i cancelled due to illness...2 x they cancelled saying they were too busy. I strictly told them no meeting at my house...they came fri and tricked me with a meeting instead of caregiver check. My hipa rights have also been gone against at times.

Very unprofessional, unorganized. And unfriendly!! They will not communicate with their caregivers and then get mad when they realize it was them who made the mistakes. They will change scheduling times and not verify with client or caregiver. Also they train to not give basic first aid to individual who mat need, first step is ambulance if theres a little blood Hahahaha joke business!!!

A person on life alert shouldn't have to wait two days to get A lanyard replaced,or to speak to A manager or be denied the number of A supervisor.Really no back up people? Sorry your out of,luck dont fall,for 2 days or need help away from home
