I am writing this report based on my experience as the daughter of an "elder bed-ridden patient." My mother has been receiving home attendant services from Global Care for almost two years and I am very grateful for the care devoted to her from compassionate aids who care and tend to her as one more member of their family; I am also very appreciative of the staff members who have listened to my pleads and have worked with me around my mother's need so that my mother receive the optimum care and attention needed. Now my mother is happy and I am very grateful for all the services received by this agency.

I am a patient. Supervisor Mark is very unprofessional. He hang up the phone on me and proxy. Second incident he show up to my house unannounced and uninvited. The third incident him yelling at my daughter because he thought she was an aide pretending to be someone else. Another incident he made a false report to my insurance company but thank God my house is computerized and record everything. They worker they are in my apartment illegaly. My family called up with me on the phone and asked for the director name and number the agency refuse to give it to me or my family member. I asked what is mark position in the office they refused to release the information as well. When aide come in they are feeding mark information and what is going on in my house and what I am doing. There is no privacy. Whenever they call or text they refused to give their name. It is way more that I want to revile. I will not stop until I make a report about mark to the director for global care. I will call 311and make a report.

Mark has been wonderful to me Always available and if not he makes a point to call back I remember couple of times he himself drove to drop aid so that the aid should be available for my wife The receptionist I think her name is Katricia I call herPatricia Never failed to help and sweet respectful to client And tries to help we r happy with them.
