Craig Cares

In seeking home care for our 81 year old mom for a couple of weeks after a long hospital visit & rehab, we were referred to Craig Cares by more than one persons/organizations. My first call to them was with James who instantly made me feel they were the company we wanted and they were willing to get us care within 2 days. Tiffany, the case manager, is both very professional and also very caring and personal. She came the first day with the first caregiver to make sure we were all set. Their policies are generous and they are incredibly flexible and willing to pivot when needed. Our goal was to get my mom to independence. We had 2 very different caregivers and both were wonderful. My mom got to independence earlier than expected and we cut a few days off our original plan. I FULLY recommend this wonderful company!

Craig cares has cared for both of my parents for years. Their caregiver Vera is phenomenal and always goes above and beyond. The office staff is very responsive and our care manager Carly is always available to answer my questions and was a huge help with initiating their Long Term Care insurance. My family is so grateful we found Craig Cares.

I have been working with Craig Cares/ The Keys for several years with Jade. Let me tell you Jade is amazing and will go above and beyond to get the “right” caregiver for every patient! Her caregivers are very knowledgeable and their training program is excellent as well! If you ever need caregiving assistance call Jade, she will take care of you!
