Golden Years in Home Senior Care

Our initial contact with Golden Years was very relaxed and made my sister feel that Golden Yars genuinely care about here welfare. We selected Golden Years over several other service providers because of their family feeling. Our initial meeting and follow-up document signing meetings went were great with Darcy answering all questions with patience and clarity. Lyra and the rest of the front office staff have been very helpful as well. Britney, my sisters ongoing provider, was terrific. I am not sure Golden Years could have found a better match. We are looking forward to a long relationship with Golden Year......

Zoya is my Dad’s caretaker. My mom raves about her. She is a hard worker, always asking what she can do to help and providing great companionship. My mom has been very impressed with her ability to anticipate their needs and willingness to jump in and help. It is a relief to know such a competent caregiver is there with my parents.

The service given is excellent. I especially appreciate my specific caregiver, Britney Meyers, who keeps me company, fixes lunch, does my laundry and even dries my hair after helping with my shower!

They didn’t even show up for the home assessment!!!! They had my address but even though I got a reminder at my correct number they said they did not have the correct number. Shady. And initially I was told on the phone they could do less than their 12 hours per week minimum but the day of when I called to see why they hadn’t shown up they went against their word and said 12 hours per week at minimum. I would not recommend

We are new customers, so it took a few weeks to get the lasting match of Caregiver for our needs. But all four of the caregivers we met in February were qualified, caring, and good communicators. We are very happy with our permanent Caregiver’s service in caring for our two over 90 year old mothers.
