Job Requirements
A passion and love for the elderly
A minimum of 6 months caregiving experience
Must be 18 years of age
Valid driver's license (proof of insurance)
Reliable transportation
Be Fully Vaccinated or Have an Exemption
Current TB skin test or clear x-ray
Fingerprint Clearance (Live Scan)
CA Caregiver Registration (HCA) If not already obtained, Golden Years can help!!
Must be willing to travel up to 25 miles for a shift if needed
Caregivers Responsibilities:
As a caregiver, taking care of a loved one becomes your top priority. You are responsible for ensuring their overall well-being, which can include
Personal care
Light housework
Meal preparation
Shopping/running errands
Companionship
Incontinence care
Dementia care
Transfers, ADL's
