Interim Healthcare of West Des Moines

My 96 yr old father wants to remain in his home and as independent as possible. Interim HealthCare of West Des Moines has been invaluable in supporting him in his goals. And, equally important, they have provided tremendous peace of mind for his family! None of us lives in Iowa, and we had worried about his health and safety. But Interim has assured that he is not only healthy and safe, but happy with the warm, caring company of his staff. 🤗 Interim has been incredibly accommodating, flexible and HUGELY important, communicative! Although I cannot be with him in person, I feel completely informed and involved in his care and support. I cannot recommend this company more highly. They are outstanding!!!

Interim HealthCare has been nothing short of a miracle, getting A+++ 's in all categories. My mother who had battled a recent illness and weakness, was needing some real quality help. The entire team came to our rescue - Lauren on the front end and home helper front, Abby on the nursing side and Avi on the Physical Therapy. Over the ensuing weeks, she regained her strength and freedom. They helped on any initial discomforts of having someone new in your house and are fantastic team!! We continue to use them and appreciate all they do!

Interim HealthCare of West Des Moines, IA is fantastic to work with. I arranged for them to visit my mother-in-law to see what services they could offer her, as she had several needs. I was very impressed with the communication with all levels of staff. They were excellent answering questions. Avi quickly set up a home visit and started her on exercises to increase her leg strength. We have used several home healthcare companies in the past and Interim by far is the best.

We were customers for about 8 months. We no longer need their services, but everyone at Interim Healthcare was excellent to work with. They were professional, responsive, friendly, and caring. Haley did a great job, and we are especially grateful to her.

Interim has been the best home health service. They truly care about the patients, are detailed, and caring. Abbey and Emily have taken amazing care of my daughter. I wouldn't want anyone els!!
