Home Care Aide (HCA) Job Description
General Purpose:
Interim HealthCare of West Des Moines is excited to add caring, compassionate and dedicated Caregiver's and Home Health Aides to our winning team.
VERY Flexible Schedules (You provide us with your availability monthly and we schedule accordingly!)
Looking for Part-Time and Full-Time Home Health Aides - WEEKLY PAY!
Essential Functions:
The Caregiver and/or Home Health Aide is responsible for the tasks or personal care and incidental activities of daily living for patients of all ages in client homes.
Provides for patient's hygiene, grooming and comfort needs, i.e., toileting, bathing, companionship
Assists with shopping, meal preparation, light housekeeping and socialization activities
Minimum Education & Experience Requirements:
Must be 18 years of age
Must have a valid driver's license and current automobile insurance
One (1) year of experience in a comparable job classification and/or as required by contracted facility.
