Pampering plus has been amazing to my family. The communication is awesome. They always answer. I needed to call out for my father last minute. They found a great caregiver that was able to care for my father as if it was me the whole time. I appreciate Jocelyn, I love how she actually knows me and my father. She is lovely. I typically don't write reviews, but the exceptional care provided by Pampering Plus for my grandmother warrants special recognition. My mother was the caregiver for my grandmother for many years and was able to care for her independently. My mother became sick unexpectedly and passed away. My aunt stepped in to care for my grandmother but had her own health challenges. My grandmother's health started to decline so I realized my aunt needed help in caring for my grandmother. There were multiple home care companies referred by the case manager. However, Pampering Plus stood out among the other agencies. During my initial conversation with the owner, I sensed an immediate connection and trust which assured me that I was in good hands. From day one, the professionalism by the staff was truly remarkable. Whenever I had questions or concerns, the agency responded promptly and with genuine care.
