Suzee Kwon was prompt, thoughtful, and thorough. She treated my 94-year-old mother with kindness and respect. Unfortunately, AEC did not have an in-home caregiver to match the schedule I requested.

AEC Home Care has been a true blessing for our family. Suzee Kwon, our primary contact, was instrumental in helping us assess our Mom's needs. She coordinated with the Admin and nursing staff as Mom's current living facility, as well as our family to put together a support schedule that would maximize support for Mom and be fiscally reasonable. The caregivers, each one of them, are professional, kind, caring and attentive. Mom is able to experience safety from their presence giving her confidence to act independently. AEC has improved Mom's daily quality of life.

Our family is appreciative of the care AEC is providing for our father. The staff is more than willing to work with us on his needs. They are responsive, professional, and easy to work with. I am glad to have AEC Home Care supporting us during this challenging time.

We have worked with several home care agencies and AEC is without question the very best. They were able to provide a caregiver who lives nearby (Bay Farm), which is very important for continuity and reliability. Our caregiver has always been on time and is kind, thoughtful, and genuinely interested in engaging my father in activities such as walks and games. Thanks to the staff at AEC, the remaining years of my father's life will be as enjoyable and safe as they can be.

I am updating my previous review: Due to a series of unfortunate health challenges, our dad had to move in suddenly so we could care for him. We didn't have a lot of notice or time to plan but we had the best luck in finding AEC. AEC provided excellent care to my dad and my family. My dad passed away a few weeks ago. Suzee and the AEC team have been here to support me during this difficult time. It was clear to me from the first time I met Suzee and her team that they truly care about the people whom they serve. In the months proceeding my dad's passing, I never worried about his care because AEC gave five star care EVERY SINGLE DAY! The care also extended to me and my family. - Suzee brought my family flowers and cards signed by all the caregivers and shared kind words about my dad. If I could give AEC a million stars I would!
