We have Cambridge care through VA. The first 2 caregivers were terrible. One of them was very rude and violated HIPPA by taking pictures of patients and showing them to other patients we well as having a terrible attitude about working. The 3rd one was awesome. We have had a nightmare for the past 3 weeks. They don't check out their caregivers whether they are actually qualified, they show up 1-2 hours LATE and don't call to let us know, leave early, just do minimal work or you have to stand over them to direct them what to do.
