We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our Home Health team. In this role, you will provide high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes, ensuring they receive the support they need to maintain their health and well-being. You will work closely with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans that address each patient’s unique needs. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ health status and needs. Administer medications and injections as prescribed, ensuring adherence to safety protocols. Perform IV insertion and manage intravenous therapy. Provide care for infants and toddlers, including monitoring growth and development. Utilize aseptic techniques during procedures to prevent infection. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care. Document patient progress and treatment plans in electronic health records (e.g., Cerner). Educate patients and families on health management, disease prevention, and medication administration. Assist with cardiac catheterization procedures as needed. Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients. Requirements Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice. Strong knowledge of physiology and internal medicine principles. Experience administering injections and performing IV insertions. Familiarity with electronic health record systems, preferably Cerner. Ability to provide specialized care for infants and toddlers. Proficient in aseptic techniques and catheterization procedures. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Compassionate demeanor with a strong commitment to patient-centered care.
