"We've been dealing with this company for years now, and lately only because of everyone just being busy and not wanting-to start over. This company is beyond unprofessional. They do not send out workers for my family member, we have to find our own and that's just inconvenience. This company allows the worker to come whenever he/she can, and take off whenever. Some days my family member have no one to help her, she goes days without a worker, and they never even call to check on her. I even called and tried speaking with someone from the office and she actually sat and fussed and said inappropriate words to me, it's been tension since. No one hasn't been out to the home in about a year now, and the reason they said is because of my family member's health, they been trying to protect her, hmm SERIOUSLY! So the big question is, How are you a help to my family at this point? They're not it's more like we are helping them. I think it's definitely time to switch clients. Please think before making this horrible decision of choosing them to care for your family. "
