"I work for a company that sets up personal care (basically would have been a free referral service that would have benefited the agency) I called this office looking to staff a case for a personal care client. I introduced myself and the company I work for I was put on speaker phone and "mocked" by a young man who answered the phone, when I questioned did I perhaps call a wrong number? I heard a female voice tell him to just "hang up" on her he then repeated "sorry my supervisor is telling me to hang up on you, have to do what the boss says". I asked if they were a home health care company that works with the elderly that need care? He laughed and said "well yea", I said well that is why I am calling you, he said "take the knife out of my back geez I'm just doing my job" I was then put on hold and a female picked up the phone and was very rude and stated that " I need to talk to Mike" gave me a different number to call and hung up on me. The unprofessionalism of the office staff was enough for me to staff the case with a neighboring agency. I can not imagine how the clients are treated if this is how the office staff is when you call to set up care. It was their loss really, we have many clients in this county and surrounding areas that need care now or will in the future, they will not be getting a call again from me. I would not recommend this agency to anyone."
