Comfort Keepers

This has been an amazing summer but not without our care giver Alice . My husband Larry and Alice are giving Cisco Morris a run for his money, they both started inside gardening in our kitchen this winter keeping busy they moved on to outdoors OH MY !!! Alice is amazing!!!! THANK YOU ALICE

Julia Haldane is a fantastic caregiver! I have been training a client who she assists for several years and Julia always brings her to appointments on time, is able to demonstrate and assist techniques when needed, and is technology savvy. She is the top of the class in all your caregivers. Out of all the caregivers my client had had Julia is by far hands down the best. Due to her efforts, my client receives full length sessions and is genuinely happy each tike we meet. Julia has been a pleasure to work with and I hope to be able to continue to work with her for a long time. Thank you for her service. You are lucky to have such an amazing and caring person on your team!

I want to commend both Gretchen and Sarah of Comfort Keepers. Gretchen was a great help in getting us signed up so I can take my mom out of the nursing home for day trips, shopping or whatever she likes. Our first outing with Mom was with Sarah. She did a wonderful job with Mom and was very friendly. I would welcome her for future outings. I am grateful to Comfort Keepers for helping me improve my mother's quality of life.

My caregiver Sue is absolutely fabulous with my wife and her care. She is very attentive to my wife's needs and concerns. She is concerned about her comfort , safety, and cleanliness. She helps my wife with her hair, washing it , combing it. She also helps my wife with her teeth bushing. She keeps my wifes personal items cleaned and her living area clean. Her help has given me the opportunity to take care of my personal needs and do the things like shopping for groceries and other store goods.

Poor experience. Unable to change to a more helpful driver and being charge for canceling. The driver is supposed to help the patient get into an out of the facility and the driver refused to help and just hung on her cell phone. The office said I have no choice in drivers, and found that this driver was unacceptable. I was charged $300 for canceling
