Caring at Heart

After a family member fell and broke her hip; I helped arrange the in-home heath care that she needed. After reading many reviews, I went with Caring at Heart. I never had to worry about her needs while under their care. The staff was extremely helpful, always attentive and super sweet. Both home aides that we have had over that time have become like family. I would highly recommend Caring at Heart.

I know it can be hard finding the right company or person to help you or your loved ones with care needs. I was beyond happy with the service provided by Caring at Heart. From our consultation (Gloria), to the first day and going over all the details with our care giver (Crystal), to the actual time spent that was spent with my mom, I was very pleased. Everyday, my mom would talk with me to tell me how kind, considerate, respectful, and helpful Crystal was. As a client, I think the key here is you really don't feel like the staff is in it for paycheck. Obviously everyone has a job and needs/wants to get paid, but I can honestly say, the staff are so incredibly genuine and warm hearted. They really care and that is a HUGE factor in decided on a care giver. I was able to travel away from home and rest assured that my mom was in good hands, safe, & had someone there to talk with if she wished.

I love my CNA she is very caring and reliable. But…it is very difficult to communicate with the office/owner. I have called several times to check on hours and scheduling with no call back.

Quintessential company! I recently had to help find care for a good friend of mines grandfather who is not the easiest person to care for. He’s honestly a high maintenance person thats hard to understand at times. He can speak a bit aggressively and loud and that turned alot of other companies away. Shanele and her team were more than willing to come and do an assessment and even brought chocolates and cheeses for the initial meeting! Blown away at the level of care and the great personal touch they made to make this very stressful process a decent one! Highly recommend to anyone they're epic!

Maybe I just have bad luck because all this reviews give them 5 stars and I would love to give them none. They don’t answer the phone when I call. I left voicemails and got a text with no solution to the problem at hand. I would never use them again nor would I suggest anyone else using them. Clearly all the great caregivers are taken so you are going to get the bottom on the bucket care.
